What we collect
- When you fill in a form on this website: your name, email, phone (if given), venue or company name, town, type of venue and your message.
- When you email us: your email address and what you write.
- When you rent a power bank: payment is taken by our card payment provider. We see the rental time and amount, not your full card number.
Why we use it
- Website and email enquiries: to reply, arrange a site visit and follow up. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (answering a business enquiry you made) or steps to enter a contract with you.
- Rentals: to run the rental and take payment. Lawful basis: contract.
- Tax and accounting records: lawful basis: legal obligation.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business: our website and customer database provider (LeadConnector / HighLevel), our email provider (IONOS) and our payment and station software providers. HighLevel stores data in the United States, under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. Our station software provider may process rental data outside the UK under similar safeguards. Our team in Portugal may see enquiries; Portugal is covered by UK adequacy regulations. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we do not take forward: up to 24 months. Venue partners and rental records: as long as the relationship lasts and then as required for tax and accounting.
